Click on the Main Menu button in the upper left corner

Click on the Approve button from the pull down menu

Read the Offer Terms and then check off the box next to 'I have read the above'

Click 'Accept Terms'

Email your Acceptance Code to offers@evidoozle.com according to the instructions.
