[Author or Publisher], as publisher of [Book Title], hereby grants approval for Potter's Field Publishing, LLC ("PFP") to use a digital copy of its book cover image ("Book Cover") for promotional purposes.

I. GRANTING OF RIGHTS

PFP has the right to store, reproduce, trim, add a border, transmit, display, and publish the Book Cover in order to promote [Book Title] as well as their online game Evidoozle. The Book Cover will appear in the game for a one-day period ("Game Day") to be determined.

II. PROMOTION

[Author or Publisher] is expected to promote [Book Title] and Evidoozle on or before the Game Day using their social media.

III. COMPENSATION

PFP is not required or expected to pay compensation, monetary or otherwise, to [Author or Publisher] or their affiliates for use of the Book Cover. The Book Cover is not considered part of Evidoozle and does not imply a contribution in any manner to the development of the game. PFP does not require and will not seek compensation for their promotion of [Book Title] on its Game Day.

IV. WARRANTIES

[Author or Publisher] represents and warrants to have full power and authority to convey the rights conferred above.

V. EARLY TERMINATION

PFP or [Author or Publisher] may withdraw from this arrangement at any time by email for any reason.
